Hey momma's and families?!

Are you or someone you know struggling a lil bit with getting baby to latch right? Or are you (they) becoming exhausted, if not overwhelmed, with a million and one tasks to do, all while trying to master a nursing/pumping schedule? There's tons of feeding/nursing books and videos available for you, BUT I can guarantee that you will see best and realistic results when teamed up with A.M 2 A.M, LLC.

🌸 Why Breastfeeding Counseling Is Needed

1. Promotes Optimal Infant Nutrition

  • Breast milk provides all the essential nutrients an infant need for the first six months of life.

  • Counseling helps mothers understand the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding.

2. Supports Mothers Emotionally and Practically

  • Many mothers face challenges like latching issues, pain, or low milk supply.

  • Counseling offers reassurance, practical tips, and emotional support to continue breastfeeding.

3. Corrects Misinformation

  • Myths and misconceptions about breastfeeding are common.

  • Counselors provide accurate information based on science and health guidelines.

4. Encourages Early Initiation

  • Starting breastfeeding within the first hour of birth improves survival rates.

  • Counseling helps mothers prepare and understand the importance of early initiation.

5. Improves Breastfeeding Duration

  • Many women stop breastfeeding early due to lack of support.

  • Counseling helps set realistic expectations and encourages continued breastfeeding for at least two years, along with appropriate complementary foods after 6 months.

6. Supports Special Situations

  • Mothers with premature babies, twins, or medical conditions may need tailored guidance.

  • Counseling helps them find safe and effective ways to breastfeed.

7. Public Health Impact

  • Breastfeeding reduces infant mortality and the risk of infections, allergies, and chronic diseases.

  • It also benefits mothers by reducing the risk of breast and ovarian cancers and postpartum depression.

A.M 2 A.M understands the highs and lows of breastfeeding. With also acknowledging that every journey and person is different, it is my duty to counsel you based on scientific evidence-based methods to provide proper guidance and support.
